My office

They say you can learn a lot about a person by how they keep their office. The picture below is my home office, I’m forced to keep my desk at the studio much more in order, so I’d thought I’d share the messy one and see what we can all learn.

Much of our work is done in and at the studio but there are many late nights and early mornings spent in my not so comfy chair at my home office, so here’s a quick tour of my desk.

1) monitor #1, watch the stock market on this puppy, also comes in handy while editing
2) main monitor, most everything happens on this guy
3) old VHS tape with porn, o.k. not really but some cool snowboarding clips, old card reader, roll of 120, and Ramon my glow in the dark buddy
4) cool shades, and the ASMP book, Professional Business Practices in Photography
5) drinks, my fave is lemon lime
6) old cool b-day card from my wife
7) hard drives, hard drives, and more hard drives
notes, ftp info, stock caption info, important numbers that I can never remember
9) Blackberry atop my small graphire tablet, Brighton ski resort lift tickets coupons, paper explaining new billings for one of my clients
10) Epson R260, clip board with model releases and assignment info
11) stapler, another mouse, and notes regarding all things important and #’s I still can’t remember
12) Leica point in shoot camera, money, map of Mt Charleston, keys, back-up dvd, mail, oil change coupons
13) winter hats
14) pillow on my chair for my back
